Our Projects and Initiatives

Empact Growth

Renewed annually, Empact Growth is an ongoing project funded by RRLI (Resourcing Refugee Leadership Initiative) that targets all students in our school, which hosts more than 2000 refugee students. Since its inception in June 2022, this initiative has been instrumental in supporting various aspects of our school, including crucial areas like salaries, student transportation, student textbooks and much more. By prioritizing the growth and well-being of our students, Empact Growth continually renews its commitment to providing a nurturing environment that promotes educational excellence and equal opportunities for refugees.

Unaccompanied Children

The Unaccompanied Children project, sponsored by CRS, offers educational sponsorship to underage refugee children who have been displaced and are not accompanied by their parents. This impactful program places these vulnerable children in our school, offering support from Grade 1 to Grade 12, tailored to their educational backgrounds. With a focus on active learning, we provide make-up classes for students placed at higher grades. The project supports over 120 students, providing them with not only educational opportunities but also essential pocket money to meet their day-to-day needs. Through this initiative, we are fostering resilience, empowering young minds, and creating a brighter future for these unaccompanied refugee children.

Zarea Initiative

The Zarea Initiative, launched in July 2021, is a remarkable ongoing project that aims to empower students in our school by providing comprehensive support. What began as a partial educational grant for fifty students has blossomed into a multifaceted initiative. Now, it covers uniform fees for thirty students, implements a breakfast program for fifty students, and offers partial transportation assistance to an additional fifty students. The Zarea Initiative is a testament to our commitment to fostering educational opportunities, ensuring student well-being, and creating a brighter future for all.

Our IOM project is a remarkable endeavor that provides educational sponsorship and essential support to 37 students from 14 families. This initiative offers a nurturing environment that fosters resilience and empowers each young individual to overcome adversity and reach their full potential. Together, we are building a brighter future for refugee families, one student at a time.

Educational Grant

Our Educational Grant Project, in collaboration with charity organizations and individuals, provides comprehensive support to 100 students and beyond. This transformative initiative covers not only school fees but also essential resources such as uniforms and student books. By removing financial barriers and ensuring access to educational essentials, we are empowering refugees with the tools they need to thrive academically and build a better future. Together, we are making education a reality for those who need it most.

Educational Sponsorship for Orphans

Our Orphan Sponsorship Program is a beacon of hope for more than five refugee students at our school, providing them with full financial coverage and unwavering support. This transformative initiative ensures that these vulnerable children have access to all the necessary expenses required for a quality education. From school fees and uniforms to textbooks, stationery, and nutritious meals, we leave no stone unturned in providing a nurturing and conducive learning environment. Through the power of sponsorship, we are changing lives, fostering resilience, and empowering these young individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
